Here at RED BOX we work hard to continually improve throughout our organisation to provide a service that we are proud of. What you told us… “Sometimes it takes me a bit longer to find right products using key words searching the online catalog. Some products don't have images so I need to phone the helpline to confirm if it is the product we wanted. Your staff are really helpful each time.” What we’re doing…
We are finalizing the launch of our brand new website, a key objective is to improve usability and search functionality. We will be transferring customers to this in phases to make the transition as smooth as possible, but we hope everyone will be using this site by the end of January 2012. What you told us… “Staff always very helpful when sourcing products required/preferred by our company which is not available from catalogue and providing info on alternative products. Greatly appreciate being kept updated on stock unavailibilty etc...we are always informed of any delays in delivery which is great!” What we’re doing…
