Every year we conduct a survey of our customers' views. The results help us to measure ourselves and our performance to improve how we do stuff. Here are some things we found in our 2009 survey.

What you told us…
It’s sometimes difficult to navigate the online ordering system.
What we’re going to do about it…
We’ve established a team to build us a new website but it will take time. In the meantime your account manager will help by providing additional training plus some tips and tricks!

What you told us…
We would prefer to have our online requisition and contract lists in a different format.
What we’re going to do about it…
Our online helpdesk team will arrange to have your list in a format that suits you. Email helpdesk@redbox.co.uk.

What you told us…
We like the way you inform us when goods are not available, but can you make this even better?
What we’re going to do about it…
We will continually check that we have the correct contact details on our system so we can inform the correct person in your organisation when goods are not immediately available.

What you told us…
When ordering online I find the product descriptions difficult to understand and the search function doesn’t always help me find what I need.
What we’re going to do about it…
We are working continuously to clean up the descriptions and key words in our product file which contains 60,000 products.

What you told us…
If there are payment issues with my account will you inform me in good time?
What we’re going to do about it…
We will continue to write to and call customers before payments are due and each member of our credit collection team has received additional training to ensure payment issues are resolved with the minimum of fuss.

Finally…
97% of you said you would recommend us and we believe this is because we do what we say we’re going to do.
